Hi, I'm Blue.
Like the color
Most people remember my name before they remember anything else about me.
That is fine with me.
What matters more is what people remember after we leave a room together.
I believe leadership is built in the small moments. The conversations people almost overlook. The way people feel after an interaction. The consistency of how we show up for others over time. Those moments shape trust, relationships, culture, and whether people choose to stay, leave, buy in, or disconnect.
That belief started long before I ever stepped onto a stage.
As a kid, martial arts gave me confidence at a time when I needed people to believe in me before I fully believed in myself. Looking back, it was never just about martial arts. It was about having mentors, coaches, and leaders who created an environment where people felt seen, valued, challenged, and supported.
That idea still drives my work today.
As a keynote speaker, I help leaders and organizations strengthen trust, communication, and culture through what I call The 3–5% Edge™: the small intentional behaviors that shape connection, loyalty, and long term impact.
Because most organizations are not losing people because of one massive failure. They are losing them in the small moments. How leaders communicate. How teams treat one another. How consistently people feel heard, respected, and valued.
My goal is never just to motivate an audience for an hour. I want people leaving with practical ideas they can immediately apply to become better leaders, communicators, teammates, and more intentional in how they show up for others.
At the end of the day, people may forget a presentation, but they rarely forget how someone made them feel.
And the organizations people do not want to leave are usually built by leaders who understand exactly that.
